Welcome to the website of iLuxe Auto LLC (“iLuxe Auto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, submitting a rental inquiry, or entering into a rental agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license to submit a rental request. Renters aged 21–24 are subject to a young-driver surcharge. High-performance and sports vehicles require the driver to be at least 25 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at all times.

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate another person, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the operation of the site or our services.

Submitting a rental inquiry through this website does not create a binding reservation. A rental is confirmed only when we contact you, verify availability, and you accept the quoted price and terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for reasons including, but not limited to, eligibility, availability, safety, or failure to provide required documentation.

Rates published on the website are per day and exclude taxes and optional add-ons unless otherwise stated. Weekly and monthly rates apply when the rental duration meets the applicable threshold. A refundable deposit hold is required at pickup: $300 for Kia K4 sedans and $1,000 for the Corvette and Mercedes-Benz S-Class. Deposits are released within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition.

We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash, prepaid cards, or payment apps for the deposit or rental charges. Debit card renters must provide a second form of ID.

The renter named on the agreement is responsible for the vehicle from pickup until return and inspection. Only drivers listed on the agreement may operate the vehicle. Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-road use, towing beyond rating, transporting hazardous materials, driving under the influence, or rideshare or delivery services without a written commercial-use rider.

Rentals are limited to the continental United States. You are responsible for tolls, citations, fuel, excess mileage, and any damage not covered by insurance or a purchased waiver.

Unconfirmed inquiries may be cancelled at any time at no cost. Confirmed rentals cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup are free. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are billed at one day's rate. No-shows not called within 3 hours of scheduled pickup are billed at one day's rate and release the vehicle for other renters.

By submitting this form, you consent to receive text messages from iLuxe Auto LLC at the phone number you provide. Messages are related to your rental inquiry, booking confirmations, pickup coordination, and account reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out.

By providing your phone number, you represent that the number is accurate and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number. Standard message and data rates may apply. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

This website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep vehicle descriptions, availability, and pricing accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to substitute a comparable or better vehicle if your reserved vehicle becomes unavailable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iLuxe Auto LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or our services.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and vehicle photography, is the property of iLuxe Auto LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
