Terms, in language you can read

The renter named on the agreement is responsible for the vehicle from the moment it leaves our lot until it is returned and inspected. Only drivers listed on the agreement may operate the vehicle. Adding a driver costs $10 per day and requires them to be present with their own license.

Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-road use outside of maintained roads (the Wrangler excepted on maintained trails), towing beyond the vehicle's rating, transporting hazardous materials, driving under the influence, or as a rideshare or delivery vehicle unless we have agreed to a commercial-use rider in writing.

Rentals are limited to the continental United States. Notify us before crossing state lines for trips longer than 500 miles so we can confirm coverage and mileage.

Rates published on each vehicle page are per day before tax and any optional add-ons. Weekly rates apply at 7 consecutive days and monthly rates at 28 consecutive days; if your rental crosses a threshold, we apply the lower rate automatically.

Included mileage is 200 miles per day, 1,200 per week, and 3,000 per month. Additional miles are billed at $0.35 each at return.

Gasoline and diesel vehicles leave with a full tank and must be returned full. Returned low, we refuel at market rate plus a $15 service charge. The electric vehicle leaves at 100% and must be returned above 40%; below that we charge $35 to recharge.

Requests we have not yet confirmed can be cancelled at any time at no cost. Once a rental is confirmed, cancelling more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup is free.

Cancelling within 24 hours of pickup is billed at one day's rate. A no-show — not arriving and not calling within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup — is billed at one day's rate and releases the vehicle for other renters.

If we cannot supply the vehicle you reserved, we will substitute an equal or better vehicle at your original rate, or cancel with no charge at your choice.

A refundable deposit is held at pickup and released within 3–5 business days after return, assuming no damage, fuel shortfall, excess mileage, or citations. Kia K4 sedans require a $300 deposit; the Corvette and Mercedes-Benz S-Class require a $1,000 deposit.

Renters are responsible for damage not covered by their personal policy, a qualifying credit-card benefit, or the optional $19.99/day damage waiver. We document existing damage on a signed inspection sheet at pickup and give you a copy plus photos.

Tickets, tolls, and citations incurred during your rental remain your responsibility and are billed with a $25 administrative fee if we receive them after the vehicle is returned.

We collect only what a rental requires: your name, contact details, license information, payment method, and rental history. We use it to verify eligibility, process the rental, and contact you about your reservation.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties necessary to complete a rental — payment processors, your insurance carrier when we direct-bill a claim, and law enforcement when legally required.

Rates, availability, and vehicle specifications shown on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change. Submitting a rental request does not create a binding reservation; a rental is confirmed only when we contact you and you accept the quoted price.
